We can update Wix, Shopify, WordPress and Squarespace sites. You never share your password — invite us as a user and remove access any time. Small edits start at NZ$45. Bigger changes, like new pages, theme code, plugins, speed work and store setup, are quoted first.

  1. 1In your Wix dashboard, open Settings, then Roles & Permissions.
  2. 2Choose Invite people and enter the email address we send you.
  3. 3Pick the Website Designer role. It can edit your site and manage its settings and apps. Content Writer is enough if you only need text changed.
  4. 4Send the invite. You can change our role or remove us in the same place at any time.

You never share your Wix password.

Give us access in 4 steps

  1. 1In your Shopify admin, open Settings, then Users (or Users and permissions).
  2. 2In the Security section, copy your 4-digit collaborator code and send it to us.
  3. 3We send a collaborator request. Review it, choose exactly what we can touch, then accept it.
  4. 4To remove us, open our name under Users and remove it. Collaborators don’t count toward your store’s user limit.

You choose the permissions, so we only see what the job needs.

WordPress

Give us access in 4 steps

  1. 1In your WordPress dashboard, go to Users, then Add New User.
  2. 2Use the email address we send you and choose the Administrator role. Editor is enough for text and photo changes.
  3. 3Tick the option to email the new user, so we choose our own password.
  4. 4Delete our user whenever you like. For hosting or server work, we’ll ask for access through your host instead.

If you can, take a backup first. We’ll remind you.

Squarespace

Give us access in 4 steps

  1. 1In Squarespace, open Settings, then Permissions & Ownership.
  2. 2Click Invite Contributor and enter our name and the email address we send you.
  3. 3Switch on Administrator so we can change pages, design and settings. Website editor only covers content on existing pages.
  4. 4Click Invite. Remove us from the same screen when the job is done.

Basic plans include the owner plus one more contributor, so you may need to free up that spot.
